Refund and Returns Policy

At Ruhramart.com, we aim to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- To request cancellation, please contact us at support@ruhramart.com with your Order ID.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return request after delivery (if applicable).
2. Returns and Replacement
- We accept returns only for products that are:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective or not as described
- You must initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@ruhramart.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Supporting images of the damaged/defective product
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging for the return to be approved.
3. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay or any other payment gateway) within 7–10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account after collecting necessary details.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
- Personal care products
- Custom-made or personalized items
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:
- First, check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
